Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate and deliver clinical education for the Aeromedical Nursing and Medical team.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse.
* Demonstrated Flight Nurse experience.
* Evidence of preparation and delivery of clinical education programmes.
* Good understanding of adult learning principles.
* Postgraduate qualifications in Critical Care and/or Emergency.
* Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Education desirable.
* Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
* Ability to transfer skills and knowledge to staff using a variety of mediums and techniques.
* Understanding of ALS competencies and ability to work as a sole practitioner and with a team.
