Site Manager - $4M Motel Renovation | Blue Mountains
We’re working with a well-established builder to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $4m motel renovation in the Blue Mountains.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident running a live site, coordinating multiple trades, and keeping programs tight while maintaining quality and safety standards.
The Role
* Full responsibility for day-to-day site operations
* Managing up to 15 people onsite (trades & subcontractors)
* Overseeing program, quality control, WHS and site logistics
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
* Reporting progress to senior management
* Ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on renovation or refurbishment projects
* Confident managing 15+ workers onsite
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Well-organised with solid problem-solving ability
* Trade background preferred but not essential
* Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance
