We are seeking a motivated and results-driven In-Home Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the home improvement industry, with a passion for helping customers achieve their home improvement goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
* Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and meet sales targets.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
* Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, identifying areas for improvement.
* Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in in-home sales management, preferably in the home improvement industry.
* In-home sales experience using a selling system.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.

What We Offer:
