We're looking for a relationship‐led Key Account Manager to retain, grow and optimise a portfolio of strategic customers across Central & North Queensland and the Northern Territory. This newly created role is based in Townsville and is designed to support a growing and complex operating region. The focus is on long‐term partnerships, contract renewals, pricing strategy and cross‐service solutions.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage a portfolio of strategic key accounts, acting as the senior trusted contact.
* Drive retention, contract renewals and sustainable revenue growth.
* Lead commercial outcomes including account planning, pricing and negotiations.
* Identify cross‐service growth opportunities and deliver solutions with internal teams.
* Maintain solid governance through CRM discipline, reporting and safety compliance.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing key or national accounts in a complex B2B workplace.
* Robust commercial, financial and negotiation capability.
* Consultative, relationship‐led approach focused on retention and growth.
* Confident stakeholder manager across customers and internal teams.
* Disciplined with CRM, reporting and account planning.
* Previous experience working in transport, logistics or FMCG at pace will see you succeed in this role.
