Customer Care Representative Role

This role involves interacting with clients to provide personalized product information and support.

* Engage with customers via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

* Poor-communication skills: We're seeking candidates who can effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple way. You will be dealing extensively with the public while on the job.
Detailed knowledge of products or services offered by our company is not necessary but if you have any experience it would be greatly appreciated (although we can train).
