An excellent opportunity for an experienced Screen Printer to join a fast-paced garment printing environment. This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, thrives on consistency and quality,
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced garment Screen Printer who can run production, lead a small team, and take ownership of quality and KPIs. You'll be printing daily on a fully automatic carousel screen printer, while coordinating workflow, solving problems on the floor, and ensuring production targets are met without compromising print quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate a fully automatic carousel, printing multi-colour garments
* Lead and coordinate a team of 2–3 printers against daily production schedules
* Own quality control across all print runs and production outcomes
* Manage full screen prep processes including coating, exposing, reclaiming and mesh selection
* Maintain a clean, efficient print floor and resolve print issues with sales
Selection Criteria
* Proven experience operating automatic garment screen printing carousels
* Strong knowledge of screen prep, mesh selection, and plastisol ink mixing
* Ability to lead a small team with clear communication and accountability
* Comfortable working at pace and being responsible for daily and weekly KPIs
* High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and pride in quality work
Negotiable for the right person, the remuneration guide is from $35 - $46 per hour
