We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Service Delivery Technician to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a Junior Service Delivery Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers through various channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in IT and Service Desk related support. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware and software technologies, including network devices, Microsoft Windows, and printers. They will also have experience with service ticketing systems and spare parts replacement.
In addition to their technical expertise, the candidate will possess strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Provide technical support and assistance to customers through various channels.
* Assist in the delivery of service by providing dispatch, logistics, workshop, and Service Desk support.
* Manage service requests, incidents, and problems through ticketing systems.
* Coordinate and deploy technical resources to perform timely resolution of support requests within specified SLAs.
Key Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following selection criteria:
* Industry accreditation and minimum 6-18 months recent experience with IT and Service Desk related support.
* Technical expertise in End User technologies, including PC's, Laptops, Point of Sale, Printers, Network devices, Microsoft Windows, etc.
* Knowledge and experience with service ticketing systems and Hardware break/fix services for Spare Parts replacement.
* Understanding and knowledge of Service Level Agreements and ability to deliver against set criteria and processes.
* Capable of working in a team environment assisting in multiple tasks on hand in different Time Zones across Asia Pacific.
* Good understanding of Logistics and Inventory Management techniques.
* Excellent communication; professional presentation.
* Able to work with minimal supervision with strong problem-solving skills.
* Strong personal time management skills and priority setting skills.
* After hours work will be rostered among the service delivery team and paid as overtime.
* Driver's License and own car is essential.
