This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the first 3-year-old Early Learning Program in Tasmania.
Based Devonport, you will enjoy a casual role that supports the program.
This brand-current program will operate Monday to Wednesday, and you will support a team focused on nurturing children’s strengths, interests and social connections and teaching values that reflect the community - kindness, reliance and teamwork.
You will be well supported to succeed in your new role and have opportunities to grow and develop as part of the Tasmanian Early Learning team. A Service Leader / Early Childhood Teacher will lead the program and support you to be part of the team of like-minded professionals.

Your skills and experience
You’re a skilled Certificate III Qualified Early Childhood Educator with a track record supporting early learning programs.
You will also bring with you:
- Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes.
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework.
