Role Overview
As a Work for the Dole Field Officer, you will engage with community organizations to create, develop, and monitor diverse Work for the Dole activities within the Not-for-Profit sector. Your tasks will include:
* Collaborating with AimBig Employment sites and other Workforce Australia Providers to establish community networks and projects that meet program objectives within the region
* Developing and negotiating project proposals, contracts, and agreements for self-sourced activities
* Developing cost-effective budgets within set limits according to current performance and business expectations
* Supporting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies for all activities
* Managing participant attendance, participation, and WHS needs for activities
* Managing, investigating, and reporting incidents promptly as per guidelines, with regular review of all activities and hosts
