This brand new dual-role opportunity will see you working closely with our Board of Directors and Executive Team, (specifically our CEO), providing high-level governance and corporate compliance support, while also delivering trusted executive assistance to the CEO and General Managers.With flexible work arrangements (flexible start and finish times and opportunities to work from home, to be discussed at interview), and a strong team culture, this is a unique chance to combine strategic impact with day-to-day variety and professional autonomy.What You’ll Be DoingBoard & Governance SupportCoordinate Board and Committee meetings (agendas, papers, and minutes)Maintain corporate records, statutory registers, and ASIC filingsProvide accurate and timely governance advice in line with the Corporations Act 2001Support the onboarding and induction of new DirectorsMonitor and advise on Directors’ duties, conflicts of interest, and governance trendsExecutive SupportProvide EA support to the CEO and General ManagersAssist with the preparation of presentations and board reportsManage executive correspondence and stakeholder liaisonOrganise internal and external meetings, including venues and cateringWhat We’re Looking ForDemonstrated experience in a Company Secretary or governance support roleExperience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative roleUnderstanding of Australian corporate governance standards and board reportingHigh-level accuracy, confidentiality, and organisational skillsAdvanced MS Office and digital literacyCompleted governance training (e.g., Governance Institute of Australia, AICD)Tertiary qualifications in Business, Governance, Legal Studies, or related field would be advantageousWhat We Offer$90,000–$110,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)Hybrid work model: WFH opportunities (to be discussed at interview)A collaborative and values-driven workplace cultureThe opportunity to make a genuine impact within a respected Queensland businessIf you’re a professional with a passion for governance, discretion, and delivering high-quality executive support, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now with your resume and a short cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role.Please note: We are looking to commence this role in the new financial year (July 2025).
