A wholly owned subsidiary of ASX-listed Resource Development Group (RDG), we believe our people are paramount to our success and we want you to join us on our journey.Our recently constructed Lucky Bay mine site has a 30+ year mine life and is located within a thirty-minute drive from Kalbarri township.This is a RESIDENTIAL role, and the successful applicant will need to be a local resident of Kalbarri, Northampton, Horrocks, or Geraldton, or willing to relocate to this region.Key Responsibilities:Promote, monitor, and review performance of the company’s environmental management system.Execute site targets to facilitate continuous improvement in environmental performance.Manage processes, procedures, and policies to meet environmental requirements.Assist in preparing and submitting approval applications.Conduct audits and inspections of operational areas to ensure compliance with license requirements.Lead and deliver environmental awareness and site induction training programs for all personnel.Assist with investigations related to environmental incidents.Consult and liaise with regulatory authorities.Experience:Experience in NGERs or other environmental reporting.Sound knowledge of ISO14001.Experience in the mining and/or construction industries.Hold Lead or Internal Auditor qualifications.At least 5 years of mining experience in resource sector environmental management systems, implementation, and compliance.Experience in a corporate HSEQ team would be advantageous.Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science (desirable) or a related field.What we offer:Competitive remuneration package.A truly inclusive, high-functioning, and supportive team environment.The opportunity to make a real difference in the local community.Work in a location that values and supports environmental sustainability.If you are ready to make a difference and contribute to the sustainable future of mining, we want to hear from you!Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your qualifications and experience via this link.Join the Australian Garnet Lucky Bay Mine Site team and be part of a forward-thinking company where your environmental expertise can make a real difference.
