Executive Support Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of tasks, coordinating executive meetings, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Executive Officer in delivering exceptional support to the CEO, ensuring efficient and effective executive operations.
* Manage the CEO's complex and dynamic calendar, scheduling and negotiating appointments, and preparing relevant briefing materials and documentation.
* Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings (internal and external) by preparing agendas, taking confidential minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
* Provide administrative support for the CEO's involvement in external boards and committees.
* Draft and prepare high-quality correspondence, briefing packs, reports, and papers as directed by the Executive Officer.
* Maintain secure, organised, and accessible systems for reports, records, and documentation.
Essential Criteria
* Minimum 3 years experience providing high-level administrative support to a CEO or senior executive.
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar, relevant qualification, or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
* Strong communication and liaison skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, and tact, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Superior organisational skills, with strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to build and maintain productive relationships, working collaboratively in a team and independently with stakeholders at all levels.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
