WA Regional Coordinator
The role of a WA Regional Coordinator is pivotal in supporting regional operations and ensuring seamless communication with branches, agents, and partners across Western Australia.
This position plays a key role in the success of our organization by providing vital support to various teams and stakeholders.
We are seeking an individual who can effectively manage reports, invoices, and data collection while possessing excellent customer service skills.
A high level of attention to detail and time management skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with WA branches and agents to collect and analyze weekly/monthly data.
* Generate and review delivery performance reports (DIFOT).
* Support new delivery agents through onboarding and training.
* Process and present invoices from agents and subcontractors.
* Conduct audits and ensure operational compliance.
