Administrative Officer (AAEP) Role
We are seeking an Administrative Officer to support our team at Rosewood State School.
About the Role
This is a temporary part-time position, working 0.4 Full Time Equivalent (FTE), until November 2025.
The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including:
* Managing enrolment enquiries and One School data entry.
* Attending to Accounts Receivable, including balancing end of day banking.
* Providing front counter and telephone services.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, and be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
In addition to the above duties, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:
* ID attendance entry.
* Other administrative duties relevant to the role.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must be current Queensland Government employees.
Applicants need to attach a brief resume, including contact details for 2 referees, and a 1-page written statement in response to the attached role description.
Working with Children Clearance
A current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services is required for this role.
