What this opportunity involves:
JLL is looking for a highly motivated Director, Consulting to join our expanding Australian team as the Client Relationship Lead. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne and has an emphasis on growing opportunities in Australia. We are seeking someone interested in developing innovative integrated corporate real estate (CRE) solutions for our clients who is well connected across Australian real estate markets and likes to think beyond typical solutions to assist clients align their CRE with their business direction.
The role requires a unique mix of client relationship management, business planning, strategic insight, entrepreneurial attitude, exceptional communication skills and high levels of energy. This position will appeal to a proactive team player who thrives working in multidisciplinary teams to solve client problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy
* Drive business growth initiatives for the Consulting AU team across key occupier advisory capabilities (Portfolio, Location, FM Strategy, Target Operating Model, Workplace, Change, AI Adoption, Px)
* Work with the Consulting AU leadership team to develop strategies to grow both external and internal markets
* Lead implementation of growth strategies for Consulting
Client Relationships & Business Development
* Act as client relationship lead for all new Consulting business, uncovering client needs and developing custom integrated solutions
* Be part of JLL Business Development & Sales community and collaborate with counterparts in other business lines to explore client opportunities for Consulting
* Assist with the coordination of and participation in proposals and client pitches, including pursuits across business lines
Marketing & Innovation
* Spearhead marketing strategy, working with local and regional JLL Marketing teams to develop programs that enhance our brand via events, presentations, thought leadership
* Innovate and contribute to development of new products/capabilities for our clients
You will be an integral part of the JLL AU Consulting team, reporting to the Head of Consulting, Australia & New Zealand. You will work with internal stakeholders across the JLL business to help grow the business while being involved with client relationship management to deliver high quality outcomes for clients.
