Dedicated Desktop Support Specialist Required
This role is responsible for providing high-quality desktop support services to end users. The successful candidate will have experience in Windows 10 or 11 Admin troubleshooting, Intune, cloud, and thick build machines, as well as knowledge of Active Directory and Group policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot/find root cause for general performance issues, laptop hardware issues, and application problems.
* Provide onsite/on-call assistance to end users within the organization's desktop computing environment.
* Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed through ticketing systems.
