Role DescriptionThe Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance (including BAS, Excise and WET), and supporting effective cash flow management. The role partners closely with Supply, Sales, Marketing, Production, and AllPour’s external accounting firm to uphold strong financial controls and enable informed business decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to accounts inbox queries in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records in Xero and invoicing systems Unleashed and Vinsight.Reconcile accounts receivable with the Supply team and ensure accounts payable is accurate and up to date in collaboration with production leads and the external accounting firm.Prepare accounts payable
