Imagine working where breathtaking views meet exceptional hospitality. As our Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering unforgettable experiences at one of Victoria's most beautiful destinations.
In this dynamic position, you'll oversee the seamless operation of our restaurants, conference and events spaces, in-room dining, lounges, and bars. From day-to-day management to leading a passionate team, you'll ensure every guest enjoys world-class service.
But that's not all — you'll help shape the future of our Food & Beverage offering, driving innovation, training and creating new opportunities to elevate our outlets and delight our members, guests and delegates.
What you'll do:
* Inspire and guide your team in a safe, collaborative, and motivating environment.
* Oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding service standards.
* Train and develop F&B staff to achieve performance goals.
* Monitor KPIs and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
* Liaise with management, kitchens, and events teams to deliver seamless service.
* Resolve issues professionally and lead by example in member service excellence.

We are looking for
* Previous experience in hospitality management or supervision within a large team
* Industry knowledge of trends in food, wine and beverages
* Strong leadership skills to achieve a positive working culture
* Conference and Events background is desired
* A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations
* Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Full working rights in Australia
