Shine SC are seeking experienced, passionate, and talented High Intensity Support Workers with high medical needs experience, who are looking to join a rapidly expanding team in the Dubbo and surrounding regions.

Candidate requirements:
* Previous experience working with high intensity participants with high medical needs, including experience with wound management
* Previous experience providing full personal care
* Previous experience with manual handling and using hoists (desirable)
* Flexible availability, including a willingness to work sleepover and overnight shifts
* Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification
* RN, EN, or AIN qualifications (desirable)
* Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
* Current Driver License
* Current Comprehensive Car Insurance and own vehicle
