As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with physical and/or psychological injuries to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Comprehensive Care Planning: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop, implement, and monitor individualized rehabilitation plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
2. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments to inform rehabilitation planning and goal setting.
3. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with injured employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
4. Client-Centered Focus: Emphasize person-centered care by actively engaging clients in goal setting, empowering them to take ownership of their rehabilitation journey.

Requirements to Succeed
* Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA, AASW).
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work.
* Australian Citizenship.
* Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams.
* Passion for helping people rehabilitate.
* Occupational rehabilitation experience is highly regarded.
