Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level candidate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping.
The role requires 20-30 hours of work per week on a flexible roster, with the option to work remotely up to 40% of the time. You will be responsible for reconciling bank transactions, collating client revenue and expenditure documentation, preparing simple tax-related worksheets, and collecting and processing correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Reconcile bank transactions in client ledgers.
* Collate client revenue and expenditure documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and attributes:
* Able to work in Albany, Western Australia.
* Certificate IV in bookkeeping and accounting (complete or in progress).
* Strong IT skills, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new software platforms.
* Motivated to establish a career in accounting.
