Plaiche & Martin Lawyers are now recruiting a commercial lawyer with at least 2-3 years of post-admission experience in commercial law and litigation.
The Role
You will be working in a number of areas such as:
* Retail and Commercial Leasing
* Commercial Law
* Commercial and Business
* Property Law
* Contracts
* Wills and Estates
* Construction Law
Duties include:
* Preparing important court documents and witness statements
* Interacting with clients and helping clients solve real-life situations
* Collaborating with barristers
* Handling legal documents, file administration and assisting in a general manner
Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years’ post admission experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and Ability to work within a team and autonomously
