About the role
As the Facility Manager, you will provide strong leadership and direction across all aspects of residential operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team performance.
You will be responsible for:
* Overseeing clinical governance, budgets, and facility performance
* Leading, mentoring, and supporting a passionate care team
* Maintaining compliance with aged care standards and accreditation
* Building trusted relationships with residents, families, and the local community
* Driving continuous improvement and service excellence
About you
You are a compassionate and results‑driven leader with a passion for aged care and community. You will bring:
* Previous experience as a Facility Manager, or strong Care Manager ready to step up
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and people management skills
* A valid driver's licence
