We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team at Wellcamp Business Park. This full‑time position is based at our facilities in Wellcamp, QLD, and will involve providing essential plumbing maintenance and repair services across our diverse range of commercial and industrial properties.
What you'll be doing
* Perform general plumbing maintenance and minor upgrade works in accordance with plumbing and drainage regulations and service definitions
* Maintain and repair water supply, sewerage, drainage and other plumbing systems on commercial and residential sites
* Undertake backflow prevention valve testing and maintenance where certified
* Respond promptly to emergency plumbing callouts
* Ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest standards
* Maintain accurate records and work logs
* Support the wider facilities management team as required
What we're looking for
* Certificate III in Plumbing (or equivalent)
* QBCC Plumbing Licence QLD (highly regarded)
* Post‑trade experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably in a facilities or commercial environment
* Demonstrated ability to perform plumbing system maintenance, drainage and water system management
* Backflow Prevention Certification and Gas Work Licence (Type A) (desirable)
* Current Open Driver's Licence
* Ability to obtain a Police clearance
* Right to work in Australia
