Job Title: Senior Clinical Education Lead
Flinders University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead excellence in teaching and learning across health and medical education. The successful candidate will drive the development and implementation of competency-based assessments, deliver engaging student-centered teaching in clinical education, and support curriculum innovation and quality assurance aligned with the university's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement competency-based assessments to evaluate student performance and progress
* Deliver and coordinate high-quality, student-centered teaching in clinical education to ensure students meet the required standards
* Support curriculum innovation and quality assurance initiatives to enhance student outcomes and academic success
* Provide educational leadership and contribute to accreditation and service activities to maintain and improve program standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong foundation in pedagogical practice and leadership, with a proven track record in tertiary teaching and curriculum coordination. You will also have expertise in competency-based assessment and clinical education, as well as strong communication and leadership skills across academic and professional domains.
