Key Responsibilities

1. Effective management of human, physical, and financial resources to ensure efficient provision of Occupational Therapy services.
\
2. Participation in the Allied Health Advisory Committee and representation of Occupational Therapy and Allied Health as required.
\
3. Leadership and strategic planning to drive a culture of excellence within the Occupational Therapy Service.

4. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and services across the continuum of care.

Requirements
\
\
5. Demonstrated extensive clinical practice expertise and experience in Occupational Therapy.
\
6. Proven high-level management experience in an acute tertiary referral Occupational Therapy service.
\
7. Demonstrated high-level experience in resource management and the ability to develop and implement strategies for effective service delivery.
\
8. Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia and current professional registration.
