We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team.
In this pivotal role, youll be responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional service through strategic and consultative sales.
Responsibilities
Execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and growth objectives
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts using a consultative, solutions-based approach
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Use market insights and data analytics to identify new opportunities and trends
Negotiate and close deals that deliver mutual value and long-term success
About You
Formal business qualification or equivalent experience
Proven experience in account management and customer relationship building
Strong market insight and ability to adapt to industry changes
Skilled in data analysis, sales forecasting, and CRM tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and efficiency
