Job Description
* Manage and lead the bid development process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of bid documents.
* Support project management activities of successful bids, focusing on the early stages of contract execution to ensure effective coordination and timely delivery.
* Develop and maintain structured project plans including milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
* Demonstrated success in securing complex, high-value bids and tenders.
* Facilitate internal meetings, maintain accurate minutes, and track key deliverables.
* Strong project coordination skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams to support successful bid development.
The Successful Applicant
* Tertiary qualification in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
* Basic knowledge of contract law.
* Project planning capability, including understanding of dependencies and realistic timeframes.
* Ability to apply commercial and numerical acumen to real-world scenarios.
* Excellent organisational skills, stakeholder coordination, and documentation discipline.
* Experience working with or preparing bids in a technical or manufacturing setting.
