Nine's Regional News division is in need of a senior journalist to be based at the Southern Cross Austereo offices in Albury, NSW.
The senior journalist will be part of the newsroom management team and will carry out tasks laid down by the executive producer and news director.
They will also participate in story assignment discussions, write some articles themselves, help edit scripts, and add voiceovers to video content.
The content is to be geared for possible use in other Nine news shows.
Candidates must be Journalism graduates with at least two years' experience in a TV newsroom.
They must be skilled in graphical presentations, editing, and news camera operations.
The candidate should also be versatile in prioritizing tasks, to complete articles within deadlines, and possess excellent verbal communication skills.
