About the Opportunities
Assisting in our precast facility based in Bathurst, you will undertake a hybrid role that combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on support in the factory as required. Your tasks will range from office-based duties to active participation on the production floor, ensuring seamless operations.

* Supporting scheduling, monthly stocktakes, and inspections.
* Coordinating with sales, precast managers, and project managers to meet IFC target dates and address production delays.
* Recording inspections and equipment service requirements accurately in Hammertech.
* Ordering casting items, issuing purchase orders, and tracking consumables like concrete deliveries.
* Providing hands-on assistance on the production floor as needed.
* Acting as a WHS representative, promoting a safety-first approach to ensure zero workplace injuries.
* Building strong relationships with production, project, and sales teams to facilitate effective long-range forecasts.
* Ensuring consistent application of best-practice production techniques and methods.
* Supporting the Precast Manager as needed and performing ad-hoc duties to maintain seamless operations.
