Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology or industrial domains, preferably with exposure to AI or data-driven solutions.
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating small cross-functional teams.
* Skilled in Design Thinking, with a track record of applying it to complex problem spaces.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in operational or field environments.
