Role Overview:
Coordinate daily concrete delivery schedules to meet customer demand and optimize logistics.
Maintain strong communication with plant and fleet staff to maximize delivery efficiency.
Liaise with external customers for accurate and timely dispatch of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day concrete delivery scheduling to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Comply with safety policies and procedures, including fatigue management and workplace health and safety requirements.
* Provide feedback for continuous improvement in delivery operations and collaborate with drivers and site teams to resolve issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience of workplace health and safety requirements and construction industry practices.
* Current driver's license and Construction White card.
* Prior experience in scheduling, dispatch or logistics coordination.
* Sound computer literacy skills and willingness to learn new systems.
