We aim to be capability-focused and community-centred, walking side by side with each person and empowering them to achieve lasting and transformative change.In this role, you will coach and develop frontline leaders, drive innovation and change, oversee service operations and funding opportunities and ensure best possible outcomes for clients and communities. To be successful, you will need to foster strong professional and business practices, bring an open and strategic mindset, proactively collaborate and build strong, positive teams.lead and develop staff (not frontline service delivery), strengthen leadership capability, and oversee regional performance across Western Sydney. In this role, you will support and coach leaders, encourage strong business practices, prepare and interpret financial and operational reports, and ensure high‑quality outcomes for communities experiencing financial hardship.**About the Role:*** Lead Financial Wellbeing services across the Western Sydney region* Coach and develop local team leaders and senior practitioners* Foster a strong, positive, high-performing culture aligned with organisational values and strategy and open to innovation and change* Ensure high‑quality, trauma‑informed service delivery which achieves best possible outcomes for clients and meets all reporting and compliance requirements* Seek and develop funding opportunities, set and mManage budgets, and achieve performance outcomes* Build strong community and stakeholder partnerships* Contribute to strategy, innovation and continuous improvement**About You*** Proven leadership experience in community, social or human services* Strong people management and coaching capability* Strong people and communication skills in diverse contexts* Experience working with vulnerable or disadvantaged communities* Sound financial and operational management skills* Ability to lead change and collaborate across teams* Relevant tertiary qualification (Social Work, Community Services, Management or similar)* Willing to travel between various office and community locations (some flexible work is also possible around operational requirements)**Why**We provide meaningful opportunities and choice, both for the individuals and communities we support and the dedicated people here who make it happen.
