Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic development, implementation, and review of curriculum across all year levels.
* Ensure alignment with relevant curriculum frameworks and standards.
* Drive improvement in teaching and learning (reading in particular) through data‐informed decision making.
* Collaborate with leadership to embed whole‐school priorities and initiatives.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Experience in curriculum leadership or a similar role.
* Deep understanding of curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment practices.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform teaching and learning.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
