As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate Customer Assistants and Assistant Store Manager, ensuring that our customers have a fun and engaging shopping experience, and helping to drive the growth of our business.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Overseeing the day-to-day operational needs of the store, including visual merchandising and inventory management
* Building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
* Driving sales and implementing goals for you and your team to meet KPI targets

You should have a proven track record in retail management, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.
