Role Overview
As a Client Service Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the advice team, managing day-to-day administration and implementing financial advice across superannuation, insurance, investments, and SMSFs.
Schedule and manage client appointments
Process documentation and administrative tasks
Support implementation of financial advice
Maintain CRM records and assist with reporting
Liaise with advisers and clients to ensure smooth delivery
Contribute to workflow improvements and team collaboration
Skills & Experience
Experience in a client services role within financial advice
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive mindset with problem-solving ability
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence working with CRM systems
Commitment to continuous improvement and learning
