We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Melbourne .
The role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a high level of service to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, taking full accountability for maintaining and enhancing the relationship. Your objective will be to acquire and retain their business while fostering a healthy and prosperous partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain customer relationships with assigned customers
* Identify new sales opportunities from existing, assigned customers
* Maintain and grow existing business
* Negotiate customer contracts for business renewal
* Seek new business development opportunities
* Follow implementation and re-implementation programs
* Update existing quotes and generate quotes for new trade lanes
* Maintain customer records, review customer SOPs, and update as necessary
