The Role:
Sales Consultants play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.
They are responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to sales growth using sales promotions and referral campaigns.
* Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals and new business opportunities.
* Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
* Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
* Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
* Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
* Open and close the club as per the roster.
* Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
* Regularly interact with new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey.
