THE ROLE
* Assisting with conveyancing and property transactions from start to settlement
* Drafting and reviewing correspondence, contracts, and property-related documents
* Liaising with clients, agents, and external stakeholders
* Managing files, calendars, and deadlines
* Billings/Invoicing
* Providing high-level administrative and legal support to the team
* Utilising PEXA
ABOUT YOU
* Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in conveyancing or property law is essential
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Professional communication skills with a client-service focus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
* Excellent knowledge in PEXA
