Dust & Bullets Western is a family-owned western retail store looking for a hands-on Store Manager who will take pride in running the shop as if it were their own. This role suits someone who enjoys independence, responsibility, and working in a calm environment during the week, with busier trade on weekends.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
A typical week includes:
* Opening and closing the store daily
* Serving customers and delivering above excellent, genuine customer service
* Managing the shop independently
* Completing stock transfer lists, stock-takes
* Merchandising and keeping the shop looking tidy, stocked, and on brand
* Restocking shelves and processing deliveries when they arrive
* Content creation for the brand (simple in-store photos/videos)
* Banking and cash handling weekly
* Working towards KPIs and supporting promotions
* Recovering and reorganising the store after busy periods
* Handling general "manager" responsibilities that come with running a small retail business

Hours
* Wednesday – Friday: 10:00am – 4:00pm ( Weekly)
* Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
* Sunday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
You'll be required to work 2 weekends per month, with the option to increase to 3 weekends if you'd like.
