As National Manager, Palliative Care, you will provide expert clinical leadership, strategy and oversight to ensure high-quality, evidence-based palliative and end-of-life care across Regis. You'll drive best practice aligned to National Palliative Care Standards, uplift workforce capability, support clinical governance and influence meaningful improvements in resident experience.

What You'll Bring
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and postgraduate qualifications in Palliative Care
* Demonstrated expertise in palliative and end-of-life care within aged or health care settings
* Proven experience leading clinical strategy, quality improvement and risk management
* Strong ability to influence, educate and partner with multidisciplinary and executive stakeholders
* A compassionate, values-driven leadership approach grounded in dignity, safety and evidence-based care
