We are looking for a dedicated and experienced hospitality professional to join our small team in a full time position (38–40 hours per week). Our venue operates Tuesday to Saturday evenings, so availability on evenings and weekends is essential.
This role will work closely with the Manager to help ensure smooth day to day operations, including:
- Assisting with opening and closing of the restaurant
- Ensuring stock is prepared and ready for service
- Delivering professional full table service
- Supporting the team to create a welcoming and seamless guest experience
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar front of house role
- Confidence in carrying three plates and providing attentive service
- Basic wine and cocktail knowledge (a bonus, though not essential)
- Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine team spirit
- Willingness to assist with all aspects of service, including cleaning
