**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts, developing, and nurturing relationships. Identifying potential opportunities for software upgrades and resale.
- Collaborating with the risk management team to optimize software offerings.
- Working towards achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Understanding client needs and presenting solutions accordingly.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
**Key Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in software account management, specifically in software upgrades and software resale. Preferred experience in the risk management software industry.
- Strong understanding of the software industry and its current market trends.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet targets consistently.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth.
**What's on offer**:
We believe in rewarding success and as such, in addition to a competitive base salary, our client is offering an unlimited commission structure. The on-target earning for this role is circa AUD $150,000.
