Duties/Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for designated office locations, providing comprehensive contract management support.
* Manage and prioritise new listings (Form 6) and sale contracts, ensuring full compliance throughout.
* Perform title and company searches to ensure seamless property transactions.
* Liaise with solicitors on behalf of agents, seeking advice and guidance from the team leader when needed.
* Offer expert advice and best practice guidance to agents as necessary.
* Play an active role in contributing to team initiatives and achieving collective objectives.
The successful candidate will have:
* At least 3 years of experience in real estate administration or as a conveyancing assistant.
* Conveyancing knowledge or experience is a strong advantage.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently handle phone-based challenges.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft O365 and database management.
* Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation abilities.
* Ability to work independently as well as thrive within a collaborative team environment.
