The Opportunity
The core focus of this role is to guarantee effective communication and smooth coordination across all maintenance-related enquiries
* Liaising with key clients regarding service and maintenance inquiries
* Coordinating with suppliers and ordering parts
* Schedule trades
* Collaborate closely with the internal teams

About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an outstanding client-centric approach and aims to advance their career with a company they take pride in representing in the market.
* 1+ years of experience working for a Project or Custom Home Builder
* Transferable experience in Client Liaison and Shires role considered
* Exceptional high attention to detail and Customer-centric focused
* Strong organisational abilities and Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
