Administrative Support Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate, efficient, timely and effective administrative support services. This role involves supporting the Regional Office in Dubbo by undertaking various tasks such as reconciliation of petty cash and till floats, collation of timesheets and leave forms, and scheduled reports and statistics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reconcile branch libraries petty cash and till floats
* Collate timesheets and leave forms
* Compile scheduled reports and statistics
* Undertake weekly delivery boxes process for branch libraries
* Assist in other administration matters as requested by the Manager
