When you join Affinity, you join a values‐driven organisation where people truly matter. We're here to help you grow, succeed, and feel proud of the difference you make every day. It's not just about supporting children—it's about supporting you too. At Affinity, our people shine so they can deliver the best in early education.
Our Curriculum
Our educators and teachers are trained in the Lifelong Learning Curriculum—Australia's most advanced approach to early education for children from birth to five. This curriculum is grounded in contemporary research and supported practices such as Circle of Security, Abecedarian, and Project‐Based Learning. It reflects the importance of strong relationships between educators, families, and communities—something especially valued in rural settings.
Our Safety Commitment
Affinity is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and safe workplace for every individual. We are unwavering in our commitment to child safety and uphold a zero‐tolerance approach to child abuse or harm.
