The Position
We are seeking multiple
full-time
Child Care Workers and Child Care Group Leaders to join our vibrant school communities. These are
permanent/fixed-term
positions available across various NT locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating developmentally appropriate programs for children, based on individual strengths and interests.
* Observe, record, and report on children's learning and wellbeing.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment in compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with relevant standards, frameworks, and policies.
* Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support positive outcomes for children.

About You (Selection Criteria):
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:
* Qualifications: A minimum of a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an approved OSHC qualification).
* Experience: Previous experience working in an early childhood or school-based setting is highly regarded.
* Registration: Must hold (or be eligible for) a Northern Territory Working with Children (Ochre Card).
* Teacher Registration: For Group Leader roles, you must hold or be eligible for NT Teacher Registration.
* Values: A commitment to Catholic values and the ability to contribute to the religious life of the school.
