Front Office Coordinator – Full Time
We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator (Receptionist) to join our busy and welcoming family dental practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an enthusiastic, professional, and friendly team committed to delivering outstanding patient care. Dental industry experience is highly regarded though not essential for the right candidate. A positive, kind and pleasant manner and strong communication skills required.

* Computer literate with good administrative skills
* Minimum of 3+ years administrative experience required (essential)
* Experience in the dental or healthcare industry (highly desirable)
Key Responsibilities
* Performing general administrative and front desk duties
* Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
* Handling phone calls and managing appointment bookings
* Processing payments and HICAPS transactions
* Reconciling accounts and managing billing tasks
* Providing excellent service to patients at all times
Hours: Full-time
