This is a Mid level position reporting to our Senior Programmer.
The skills you need:
* Proficiency with operating systems (like Windows), Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication (both technical and non-technical), patience, and organizational skills are essential.
* A Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science is essential
The Key Responsibilities include:
* Provide direct assistance to users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other IT equipment
* Monitor network and system performance to ensure efficiency and stability
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.95 – $54.30 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
